EwallPay Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the following cases :
- Failed transactions: Payment was processed, but the service was not delivered.
- Duplicate charges: The same transaction was charged twice.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations :
- Successful transactions : Delivered top-ups or gift cards.
- User errors : Incorrect recipient details provided by the user.
- Change of mind : Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund :
- Email support@ewallpay.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide the transaction details and a description of the issue.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
